1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at Contact@nooktactic.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address below.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

6. Refunds & Processing Times

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing Contact@nooktactic.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process upon delivery.
